In House Manufacturing and Installation
Having their own manufacturing facilities ensures that Sport & Play Design Ltd can produce products and systems to the same, consistently high standards. They can also incorporate all of their experience and expertise into the manufacture of the different components and constructions.
Each individual installation is personally managed ' on site' by our experienced technical director and fully trained engineers.
Sport&play Design Ltd also only install using their own ' in house' installation team ensuring that the the product is finished to the highest quality and will meet with the New European Standard.
Unique Internal Safety Netting system
A unique installation technique has been developed to ensure that nets are permanently tightly fixed and are virtually 'tamper free' from users.
Our fire retardent netting is fitted directly to the steel structure and then enclosed with ' box' padding. This provides high safety standards, maintenance free operation and an asthetically pleasing finish as no twining is visible!
Continuous Floor Covering
Sport & Play Design Ltd hand sew and custom our own safety floor systems on site.
There are no unsightly or 'difficult to clean' gaps between floor pads .
Floor covering is literally 'wall to wall' and the system is fitted externally with an 'easy clean' safety edging to negate dust trapping and snagging by users or cleaning equipment.
The Company can also provide dedicated services to keep your indoor soft play facility up and running once installed. These include servicing, maintenance, repair, safety and cleaning, including a deep clean of your whole building and all the equipment.
